Challenge it! - ENGLISH VERSION - PRE-ORDER

At the end of workshops, action items are usually defined. Quite often they sound good at first, but unfortunately often they do not find their way into implementation. Either the defined measures are too big or there is not enough time or they are simply too vague.

As a consequence, the participants start questioning the impact of workshops in general and, in the worst case, workshop fatigue develops.

Facilitators try to improve the quality of those action items by constantly asking questions, which can annoy the group (and the facilitator) after a while.

“Challenge it!” is a serious game that Sabina developed in 2024 in order to increase the quality of action items in workshops. Instead of the facilitator being the only one to ask questions, "Challenge it!" creates a game play, where the participants are challenging one another with the help of a set of coaching questions.

It aims to collectively improve the defined measures in a playful format. The improved quality of the measures increases their likelihood of being implemented, making it possible to actually transfer them into everyday working life.

One set can be used for a maximum amount of 8 players.

• Post cards for writing down the action items (can be re-ordered)
